Keep NemoTouch open on the sending device while controlling another device. Pairing and available controls depend on the receiving device. Version 1.0 uses the receiver’s US ANSI keyboard layout.
Setup & support
Make the connection.
- Choose your receiver. Open NemoTouch on your iPhone or iPad, enable Bluetooth, and select Mac, Windows or the appropriate iOS device option.
- Start pairing. Tap Connect, then open Bluetooth settings on the receiving device and select NemoTouch or your sending device’s name. Keep the receiving device awake while completing the connection.
- Approve your device. Complete any system pairing prompt. In NemoTouch, allow input only for a connection you initiated on your intended receiver.
- Start controlling. The keyboard opens after keyboard and mouse connections are ready. Keep the sending app in the foreground.
I can see a device, but selecting it does not switch input.
A scan result alone does not finish keyboard pairing. Use Switch device, then open Bluetooth settings on your intended receiver and select the sending iPhone/iPad. Approve the incoming request in NemoTouch. If needed, disconnect the old receiver first. Only approve requests you initiated.
How do scrolling and zoom work?
Adjust scroll speed in Keyboard settings. Spread or pinch two fingers on the touchpad to send zoom shortcuts when enabled: Command +/− for Mac/iPad, Control +/− for Windows. The receiving app must support the shortcut; this does not reproduce native touchscreen pinch gestures. iPhone receiver zoom shortcuts are unavailable.
Can I switch apps on the sending iPhone?
Keep NemoTouch open while using it. Sending input pauses when the app is no longer active. You can use other apps normally on the receiving device.
Pairing still will not complete.
Check Bluetooth permissions in iOS Settings. Stop discovery and try again with Bluetooth settings open on the receiver. If an old pairing is stuck, forget the saved device in NemoTouch and remove the sending iPhone/iPad in the receiver’s Bluetooth settings before pairing again. Device compatibility is still being tested.
What should I include in a support request?
Send the app build number, sending device and iOS version, receiver model and operating system, and the steps that caused the issue. Connection diagnostics can be shared from the app. Do not include passwords or private typed text.
